Read boundary: every file read now stays inside the repository. audit's CI-workflow, scripts/ and .claude/settings.json reads, the decision index README, root entry docs, and the config file are skipped (or refused, for the config) when they resolve outside the repo through a symlink. 6 regression tests spy on every read; a sweep symlinking every candidate path outside finds zero outside reads across audit, all check modes and init planning. 176 tests pass.
