Security: consistently pin optional [email protected] with local ignore-scripts installation; enforce 50 MiB upload limit against opened file descriptors with bounded reads; reject growth and truncation; clarify upload authorization. Keep development subprocess regression tests in source only, excluding them from runtime package. Six regression tests passed.
