Rewritten against the live API. Removes DID authentication and blockchain billing, neither of which works: the DID challenge/response returns a token that no endpoint accepts, and there is no billing in the send path. Documents DELETE /v1/agents/me, which is permanent and burns the address, plus mailbox rename and delete. States the real limits: 100/day per API key, 300/day per agent, per-org caps that rise with domain age. Adds the things agents assume and we do not have: no attachments, no search, no webhooks or WebSocket push. Notes the provisioning race right after register.
