Require --yes confirmation for standalone remove commands remove_from_wantlist/remove_from_collection take confirm= and, without it, raise ConfirmationRequiredError after resolving the target; no removal API call is made. The preview names release_id, artist, title, and for collections the instance_id and copies owned. wantlist remove / collection remove gain --yes. Without it the CLI prints the preview (JSON with --output-format json) and exits 2. Unconfirmed sync --remove-extras now raises the same ConfirmationRequiredError so every destructive entry point shares one confirmation model. SKILL.md agent rules: preview without --yes, get user approval, re-run with --yes. README and CLAUDE.md updated. Tests verify no removal call happens without confirmation.
