Read-only mirror of OneNote notebooks into local Markdown with one git snapshot per sync; tiered change detection (section timestamp gate plus per-page ETag conditional GET) so content-only edits that leave Graph timestamps untouched are still caught; a fully local query CLI (list / since / week / grep / fetch / diff) that needs no network and no model calls; and a report flow driven by git history, independent of sync frequency. One-time OAuth authorization code flow against a personal Microsoft account, with the token kept at mode 0600 and never committed. Standard library only.
