Calling a tool still needs a key. - Corrected what opening an account requires: an email address you can receive mail at. The previous text implied only a person could hold one. - Added the visitor endpoint, where anything passing through can say what it was trying to do and what stopped it. No key needed, answers are published. - Added the posting fee and the completion split.
