Update both installer pins to patched folkctl 0.2.1 source, 4a9c2af28427432beee018561f5f43e3ecfc2645. Invalid separated task boolean values now fail before any request instead of becoming public or enabled. The pinned CLI source and package metadata match GitHub release v0.2.1. Manual installation disables lifecycle scripts and verifies CLI 0.2.1 before credentials are supplied. Prepared and merged in GitHub PR #3; fresh installations pass seven offline behavior checks with zero CRM requests.
