**Major change: This release migrates core cluster, nodepool, and addon operations to hcloud CLI and kubectl-cce plugin, deprecating Python SDK for most APIs.** - All Huawei Cloud API operations now use hcloud (KooCLI); node cordon/drain/uncordon/status use kubectl-cce plugin. - Python SDK is used only for cluster/nodepool creation as a fallback due to known hcloud metadata issue. - Security hardening: Credentials are always passed via environment variables where possible to prevent exposure; never persisted. - Node pool/node login password security: auto-generates a strong password if not provided and never returns it in responses. - Expanded and updated documentation, including new CLI installation guides and API usage references. - Several scripts refactored and new implementation files added; legacy manifest and profile files removed.
