Source changelog

Privacy release. Real family names, teacher email addresses and school details are removed from the package; 0.5.1 and earlier contained them and are withdrawn. Breaking: the eight calendar tools are gone — Google access is the gog CLI and the skill holds no credentials of its own. Also fixes pyproject declaring no dependencies at all, ships bin/homebase.sh so the documented shim actually publishes, decouples the 587-test suite from the maintainer's private config, and rewrites SKILL.md to document all 48 tools.
