Includes the unreleased 1.2.12 filesystem/privacy fixes. Improves Chinese recall, relevance-first ranking, lifecycle filtering, index rebuilds and source-bound primary-cache annotations. Adds an opt-in OpenClaw 2026.9.5 public-SDK WebChat adapter with explicit hook permissions, cold-start handling and count-only diagnostics. Validated with 161 passing tests, one platform skip, and a real WebChat cache-injection round trip. Native dreaming is scheduled separately; future candidate extraction and promotion are not claimed as already verified.
