- Major update: Dual-mode provider management with automatic detection for use with or without the cc-switch desktop app. - Added standalone mode using JSON configs when cc-switch is not installed; retains SQLite mode if present. - New bash scripts for provider add, list, delete, switch (with pre-flight connectivity test), and connectivity test. - Switching to a provider always checks connectivity first, prompting the user if a test fails. - Codex integration improved: switch is "endpoint-only" and directly updates Codex settings without changing cc-switch provider state. - Added full usage documentation and examples, detailed CLI commands, and workflow descriptions in SKILL.md.
