Clears the remaining ClawHub audit findings. The description declares the diagnostic audit, and SKILL.md gains a least-privilege section naming the state directory, outbound hosts, the one subprocess and the environment variables read. Modules handling personal data now disclose what they read, write and send. ConsentPrompt becomes ConsentRequest. Every dynamic getattr is replaced by explicit access or an allowlist. User-facing times are no longer hardcoded to Eastern: display_timezone is configurable and, unset, times render in the airport local zone with a label.
